Tonight the Associated Press broke the story that there are currently 3 'tender age shelters' in Texas that are housing infants and toddlers. These infants and toddlers were separated from their parents at the Texas/Mexico border. There are plans for a 4th 'shelter' in Houston.
Rachel Maddow broke down crying while reporting the breaking news this evening.
