In 'why didn't ONTD inform me of this sooner' news: Taylor Schilling (OITNB) and Kate McKinnon (Ghostbusters) were in a film together and that film was partially shot at the actual Gathering of the Juggalos. Those who didn't catch it at SXSW will soon have a chance to check out the film at some newly announced screenings.
Synopsis:
"Kate Stone's a workaholic. She hates kids. She hates most social situations, because she doesn't know what to do with her arms. So when her estranged brother Joe tracks her down to watch her awkward and bullied twelve year old niece, Maddie, Kate thinks babysitting for the week can't get any worse -- until Maddie runs away to become a juggalo."
Click to viewThe film is being screened June 29th at the Well in Brooklyn with a performance by Insane Clown Posse afterwards or, if you're really down with the clown, it will be screened at this years Gathering of the Juggalos in July. ICP's offical announcement of the screening was pure poetry:
