Yes. She has the kids a lot, but from his wife's IG it still seems to be 50/50. The boys are over there a lot.

I think so but it's not going to matter soon. They're almost old enough to go in front of a judge and say that they would rather stay with Britney full time (though they would have to be the ones to ask to go to the judge in the first place, Britney and KFeds can't request that). Even with the conservatorship, I think a judge would grant her primary custody due to her income and stability (it doesn't help that KFeds has kids from other women).

Hmm, family court is largely based on state laws so I'm not sure. But I think if legally Britney couldn't get custody, her father could in her place.

She's their mother. I do believe family court is way different than you imagine and even crackheads have rights to their kids and do have them in their possession even when child services are involved. Just saying..
