Britney pays for all of their major necessities (schooling, healthcare, etc). 20k is more than enough to pay for food, extra utilities when they're with Kevin, things the boy may want, etc.

I'm actually not typically opposed to high child support payments. It's not simply about being able to provide for the kids when they are with him. Child support is meant to create an equitable situation between the two parents' houses, so the kids don't spend the week eating Ramen with mom, then go to dad's house on the weekend where he buys them their very first Ferrari. The reality is, messy parents use money to manipulate and control kids, and it is ultimately terrible for the kids. Family courts are supposed to put the needs of the kids first, and do whatever makes them the most comfortable. Not whatever seems "fair" for the parent
