Kelis did a long interview with Hollywood Unlocked (which you can see under the cut) where she talks about her relationship with Nas.
Before the interview gets into the details, Kelis says: "I have edited myself for nine years and I woke up this morning and was like, 'not today'" (14:25). She then follows by talking about her marriage to Nas.
