- She was struck on the face, head and breasts hard enough to cause her to bleed and even had her head stomped on.
- She was choked and slapped by director Tony T. while he said things like "Open your eyes bitch, open your fucking eyes." even though she only agreed to physical contact with the hired talent.
- She tapped out several times to point out that she had only agreed to perform with the talent but was ignored.
- Between the director and actor, she was hit, slapped, choked and thrown around the room until she bled. Water was poured around the set to cover up her blood.
- She was gagged with her underwear while water was poured down her throat, causing her to choke.
- When asked during her exit interview if she would consent to a scene like this again, she said no. The director then began screaming at her and threatened that she would not receive her check for her work that day unless she lied and said "yes".
- She's also accusing them of “gender violence,” a “hostile work environment,” and “sexual harassment,” citing state civil codes.
