My brother and his wife did a reverse pregnancy April Fools. They've been getting it on both sides from family asking when they're going to have kids.
So they came into the house with baby bumps under their shirts like, "Guess what, Mom? We're pregnant! April Fool!"
My bro removed his fake bump from under his shirt, but my sister-in-law pulled out a sonogram pic from hers bc she was actually pregnant.

If you don't know what it's like when a very large and half-drunk West African family finds out someone is pregnant, the noise level is on par with a couple of jet engines.
