Based on a book and blog titled "How May We Hate You?", the pilot is centered on two guest-services associates at a high-end resort who are stuck with guests and co-workers for sixteen hours a day. Angela is set to play Dana, a kind person who has absolutely terrible luck. If something bad has happened, it's likely Dana has already experienced it.
