I have so many ideas for this month and I don't know what to choose. I'm saving female-authored fantasies until May. Help me, ONTD!
Americanah The Awakening The Bell Jar Beloved The Color Purple The Complete Stories (Clarice Lispector) Frankenstein The Handmaid's Tale The House of the Spirits I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings The Joy Luck Club Pride and Prejudice The Secret History To Kill a Mockingbird
i kinda dropped the challenge, i think :/ i'm an impulse reader so it bugged me not being able to read the book/author i truly wanted to bc i had to stick to the challenge's theme of the month, and i can't do more than 1 fiction book at the same time, so...
my fave women authors are Lucia Berlin, Joan Didion, Jennifer Egan, Kathleen Alcott & the Brontës
I am late to the February challenge as well. I missed my book when it came in to the library so I had to put it on hold again. I'm finally picking it up today but won't start it for a few days, I think.
honestly it's such a good decision. even my reading has geared way more towards women and if it's men it's men of colour. something's gotta be v good for me to read it by a white guy

I actually have "And Then There Were None" out, so I'll probably start with that.
I've been terrible on the February challenge though. Damn Olympics.
