- Geimer was raped by director Roman Polanski in 1977 when she was 13
- Recently audio of Quentin Tarantino saying she wasn't raped and calling her a party girl in 2003 on the Howard Stern show resurfaced
- Geimer said that Tarantino called her to personally apologize and tell her he believed she had been raped
- She says she accepted his apology and used the opportunity to talk about his movies because she's a fan of his work
- She used to think she didn't care about apologies but says that the personal genuine apologies are helpful to her and she did appreciate Tarantino calling her
- Mentions that Roman Polanski wrote a handwritten apology to her and her mother. She always knew the rape was his fault so it didn't matter to her, but said it made a big difference to her mother, who had always blamed herself.
