i cant blame her, shes still actively working on the show with the dude. the cw has done enough stupid shit that even though shes the main character, she could easily lose her job.

I mean, yeah, she's not the one doing the assaulting so I'm certainly not going to condemn her on the same level as that scumbag. She's a young actress and she's between a rock and a hard place. That's the toxic structure of many workplaces, and she's not the one who made that structure.

I'm sure she felt she had to say something -- something supportive yet vague enough that she wouldn't risk her job.

But it's just... really, really vague.

The allegations are all from his past shows, in the article it says that they had an internal enquiry on iZombie after it all came to light, and supposedly no issues came up with their show
