Letty's mom has now replaced George Warleggan as most hated fictional villain. That bitch!

I also had a problem with Letty going in all those hotel rooms with no gloves. Her fingerprints are all over everything. What was up with that? Plus, wouldn't hotel security cameras see her going in and out of all the rooms? Did I blink and miss something?

Can't wait for next week!!!

I don't blame Estelle, honestly. I mean... Javier is a hitman who has killed a lot of people. She probably turned him in for Letty and Jacob's sake.

You're kidding. Estelle has never done anything out of the goodness of her heart. She sold Jacob to Letty, she's evil.

it wasn't chad's intention to make her a villain just make this situation kinda realistic

"Estelle betrays Letty and Javier in a major way, but she thinks she’s doing the right thing. And, by the way, if you asked probably anyone, “If you knew that your daughter was on the run with a hitman, would you try to catch them so that you could save your grandson?” they’d be like, “Yeah.” She thinks she’s doing the right thing, and she is doing the right thing, to a degree, but it gets Javier arrested, which was the goal."

if she wanted Letty to be arrested then that would make a villain who wanted her grandchild back
she just didn't wanted jacob to be raised by a hit man lol

Estelle played herself because i don't thinks she realized that Letty actually loves Javier )
and like in season 1 finale she wants "all of the things" meaning both Javier and Jacob

She did? She put all the money she got in Jacob's college fund. And the $100k she asked for, not only did Estelle put that in his college fund, but hadn't she already lifted the restraining order before then? I remember Estelle saying she only "skimmed off the top" and used some of that money for herself.

And I mean, Estelle raised and housed and fed Jacob and all that for 10 years and took odd jobs (phone sex operator for example) to support him.

I remember when Letty wanted to see Jacob, Estelle literally charged her by the hour for the privilege. It was hand over the cash or you don't get to see him. "Skimmed off the top," lmao.

If the producers are trying to make her look like she has Jacob's best interests at heart, they've failed as far as I'm concerned.

She did let Letty see Jacob, despite there being a restraining order, despite Letty endangering Jacob's life and causing the restraining order/loss of parental rights. Estelle could have treated Jacob like shit but she raised him and loved him and took care of everything for him on her own. I didn't see the asking for money as selfish or profiteering. It was incentive or motive to see if Letty is serious. Not the best way given she's a known thief/liar, but maybe Estelle knew that was Letty's wheelhouse or she recognizes that it's something she can do to an extent.

Estelle is the one who got the restraining order to start with. Then she used Jacob to squeeze money out of Letty. Two wrongs don't make a right. I can't see her as a person with good intentions.

Estelle got the restraining order, and I forget which ep they said this in, because they found Jacob with her when she was strung out or in that environment?

But I can see why you think that.
