I'd take it over the house Katy Perry has on the market right now. It's livable, just needs some redecorating, change the fireplaces, and the outdoor areas are very nice and private.

Same. And anyone with the kind of money for a house like this is probably going to have it redecorated, or at least will have the money to do so.

She may have major remodeling done (especially on the bathrooms), but that's easier than putting in a new pool and planting mature trees outside. That atrium area with the little fountain and the landscaping is really nice, and redoing that stuff is expensive, compared to putting down some new flooring and putting in a new tub and vanity/sinks.

I really wonder how much she will even live there. I get the impression all the girls are at their mom's house all the time.
