Yeah but as the show went on it's clear the show didn't find her and Chuck's worldviews as bad. That's kinda what the point of the article was.

I think the point they're making in the article, which I notice in a gif like that, is that in the beginning yeah they showed Blair's worldview and Chuck's actions as fucked up. But suddenly after episode seven of the first season they definitely went along with what their stans were saying. And it's shown by how easily expendable romance was to the characters in later seasons.
