I watched Louis Theroux's Scientology doc the other night and it was a trip. There's something deeper with Marty Rathburn that I'd never noticed before in his previous interviews. I def. think Marty is hiding something. The way he got so angry when the church played his role in its operations was very telling

Marty is unhinged. I fully anticipated him going for Louis' throat at some points in the doc

I think deep down he still believes in the church and would go back to it. The reason he left was because Miscavage stole the top position out from underneath him and rubbed it in his face

Right. I'm sure he hasn't been 100% truthfull when it comes to his role within the organization. But yes, the whole "nut-busting" thing the church does would be difficult for anyone to deal with

I had to stop watching when they were doing the Miscavige auditions. Marty's whole attitude through the whole thing was really unsettling.

Marty has gone back to the church. He suddenly dropped his (wife's) lawsuit against them and fired his lawyers and is now making videos pointing out the "flaws" in people's arguments against the church.

Seriously? Well shit. He's probably back in the hole now
