i just started watching the show (i'm up to the serena joy episode) and elisabeth moss is really killing it. she's got this in the bag imo, and prob the show too

i LOVED the first half of the season, but the second half really fell off for me

maybe it was those two nick/luke episodes one after the other

I was actually looking forward to the nick/luke episodes because I thought they would be an opportunity to expand the book-world in a really interesting way. like I expected a luke episode would show us the world outside gilead and what the resistance consisted of, and a nick episode might give a little insight into what typical life in gilead and the non commander/handmaid households look like. Instead they kept the scope as limited as possible and you came out of those episodes without learning anything new about the world. idk it was such a bummer for me

also those 2 actors are just meh as fuck. like liz moss is acting circles around them in every scene, its kind of annoying to watch
