Christina Aguilera's certainly talked about persuing more roles in movies over the years, and it seems like she's making the push! While she's currently in Montreal filming for Drake Doremus's sci-fi romance Zoe, it's just been announced that the singer-actress will play Akiko Glitter in the upcoming Emoji movie. She will be starring alongside James Corden, Anna Faris, Maya Rudolph, Steven Wright, Jennifer Coolidge and Sir Patrick Stewart.
The movie will be out July 28th!
