Last May comic fans flipped their shit when the biggest twist in the modern era was revealed in the opening of DC's Rebirth: Watchmen's Dr. Manhattan exists in the DCU and has altered everything, seemingly being the reason the New 52 existed and fucked everything up. Part of that revealation saw Batman find the bloody smiley face button in the Batcave. How it got there has been a mystery DC hasn't bothered to answer until now. Starting in April, Batman and Flash will try answering that question in a crossover titled "The Button." Taking place in Batman & Flash #21 and #22, your new favorite duo begin invesigating where it came from when an "unwelcomed" third-party joins the fun and makes everything cray. DC ends their official description of the story with: "The countdown starts here!"

Batman 21-22 comes from the team of Tom King and Jason Fabok, with Flash 21-22 by Joshua Williamson and Howard Porter. All four issues will have 3D covers too if you care about that sort of thing.

DC also looks to finally be revealing that Ozymandias is Mr. Oz is as well if the solicits for April's Action Comics are any indication.
