Shakira and her family go to Colombia for the first time, Chantaje reaches 300M views

Shakira, her boyfriend and their two children Milan and Sasha Piqué went to Shakira's hometown, Barranquilla, for a brief post-Christmas visit. It was the first time Shakira's boyfriend went to Colombia, and it was also the first time for her youngest son, Sasha.

They spent four days there, in which they had the opportunity to visit Shakira's old school and also check on the school Shakira and her Barefoot Foundation built in Barranquilla.

Besides spending time with Shakira's parents, the family went to a trip on the Magdalena River and Shakira's boyfriend signed a shirt.

And in other news, Shakira's most recent song (feat. Hot Colombian Douche) has become one of the most successful streaming Latin songs of last year, becoming the fastest Spanish song to hit 300M views on Youtube and the four fastest of all time. It's averaging about 6M views per day.

Chantaje is also no. 11 in Worldwide Spotify and no. 65 in the Billboard 100.
