Finally! Someone else who found Annie annoying. She was always my least favorite of the study group. I even liked Pierce more than her.

I agree. The writers could never decide if they wanted actually wanted her to grow up or not and it was creepy. Especially when they kept pushing Jeff and her being together which was gross. She's that type of character where the audience is supposed to love them no matter what shady or stupid shit they pull and it's so annoying.

just here to cosign this whole thread. I loved Britta, I loved what the Jeff/Britta relationship had been shaping up to be, and I'll never understand how people got behind Annie/Jeff for several reasons (Always here for Joel M dragging it in his book), nor why Annie was so special. Annie was also at her best when she was being awkward with Troy in s1 and then the 3 musketeers with him and Abed. Even if they insisted on going where they did with Annie, there was no reason to tear at Britta's character like that. It didn't make any sense and the times she reverted to S1 Britta came through so much (like dealing with Jeff's dad).

Neither did I, especially since she was apparently based off of Harmon's ex and after they broke up it uh... shows.
