-Originally was set for an October release, it has been bumped up to May 19, 2017.
-Currently doing re-shoots/additional scenes.
-Alien 5 still possibly in the works after Ridley Scott's Alien film(s) are done.
Plot: The crew of the colony ship Covenant discover what they think is an uncharted paradise, but it is actually a dark, dangerous world, whose sole inhabitant is the synthetic David, survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.
I haaated Prometheus SO much. All the things I wanted in an Alien prequel were not in this horrible movie. But I am cautiously optimistic about this next film. Ridley Scott clearly wants to fix what went wrong.
