i know neither of their videos were the best, but to me the VMAs is less about the videos more and more each year and more about the hype surrounding the song+video package. like famous is an awful video, so hello is boring af imo lol but the hype surrounding those songs were huge.

wfh and pillowtalk both have the top views on youtube of music videos that debuted this year, and were bigger hits than wild things and looking at how into you is shaping up.
