Terrible, awful, gross "tragic lesbian" ending used to prop up Effy's unrealistic storyline. Naomi made no sense. She would not have been a stoner loser, she got straight A's in school and was much too smart to cling to Effy after university or whatever it is she did. Effy wouldn't have been this dumb. Emily wouldn't have been so blank and colorless.

The writing for Skins Fire was so bad I don't even consider it canon. Not to mention, OF COURSE they kill off the fan favorite lesbian couple.

That entire season was kind of ridiculous imo, I almost wish they hadn't even bothered.

I won't lie, I enjoyed Cook's episodes even though they were ridiculous. They were well-acted and kept me on edge, and the writing/pace was solid. But the ending was just...wtf lol. I wish they hadn't bothered either. The magic of adolescence and the mystery of where these kids would end up was part of why I loved the show. I really didn't need "closure."

same, i actually kind of cook's ep (except for the ending). jack o connell's acting really shone too. but the other two (especially cassie's wtf) were so oddly written and bleak for the sake of being bleak that i couldn't really enjoy them.

Jack is such a fantastic actor so seeing him on-screen is always a treat. but yeah ia the other ones...nah. They could have at least included a funny, light-hearted one about Katie fucking Fitch starting her own bridal company or something to break up the tension.

I also would've liked to see one about Mini bonding with her daughter and realizing she's turning into her mother, and maybe finding love that isn't that flop Alo

THIS IS ALL I'VE EVER WANTED!

I wanted to see them be broken up and Mini living as a single mother somewhere in London or something, finding it hard to manage being a young adult and being a fucking mom. But I wanted her to come out on top too like she deserved everything ughhhhh I loooooove Mini (except when they wrote her as a weird homophobe against Alex for like no reason).

Mini is my favorite character of Skins tbh besides Cook and Chris and maybe Liv. Freya deserves her own show.
