i dont understand some of these outfits. if i'm gonna be in the heat all day, I'm wearing like a tank top with a button up shirt over it, cause you know, layers, and some comfty ass shorts and some tennis shoes.

halsey's boots especially look awful and uncomfortable.

halsey's boots are o.O ??? just wear pants at that point
and then her friend is wearing pants but like the entire front is ripped out of them? i don't get it. and i'm okay with that.

right? like those cannot be comfortable. I'd rather be comfy than look stylish for an outdoor festival.

also those boots arent even stylish so...

if those vagina boots and the ripped out front jeans her friend is rocking are "fashion" then i am very happy with being passé.

these people go there to dress up, not for the music. they probably plan their coachella costumes for months.

so dumb. i would love to go to coachella for the actual music but the tickets are so expensive.

i know people who've gone and loved it. but yea i can't afford it, especially since i live in NY so there's also the airfare. they're supposedly having coachella in NY. or a coachella-esque festival.

its because they hang out in tent bars with ac and they're not suffering in the heat like plebs

a friend of mine played coachella a couple of times..he told me that the artists and VIPs get little air conditioned houses to hang out in within the VIP area. since its been a couple of years since he played, i can only imagine its gotten more extravagant..

I feel like they have assistants following them around with changes of clothes, because there's no way some of them can comfortably weather a music festival in these outfits.

I'd wear sneakers, shorts, and a tank top too.

I'm fine with the fringey boho-chic stuff (I've done a less OTT version of it for festivals before) but no way do you wear ultra-fashionable shoes if you're a pleb in the pit, lol. Beat-up sneakers and/or beat-up combat boots/rainboots if you're expecting rain/mud, otherwise your feet will be ruined.
