work has been pretty intense lately.
hmmm...i wish i wouldnt have started the first entry consiting of words that i have posted in a while with something negative about work. *shrug*
life has honestly been really good to me though. i think the only reason work is on my mind is because i just got off of it.
hmm... well anyways...we are heading down to oregon for a week next friday. i am so so excited. it will be so relaxing and nice. we'll get to see ian and his wonderful lady friend, stephanies family, and ill get so be in portland for the first time(other than just driving through it.)

my knee has been giving me problems lately...im a little worried about it, but i think it will probably just go away in a few days if i take it easy.

i need to post a video on here of some music...ive been writing alot and i feel lik ive been slacking with the audio/video documentation....well...expect a video soon.

mmmm andouille sausage and noodles. mmm. (although i made too many noodles...but dont tell the noodles that....you know how noodles can be...)

hmmmm...well heres a video. its very important. we had been training for twelve years for this video. and i think it payed off. i really do.
