Don't read if allergic to Negative Buzzwords

My current issue, aside from wondering when we got away from voting on sizable cast expenditures, with this is that when Sarah took over cast funds, we had $0. 1 year and 8 months later, cast had made $1199.00 after expenses including Theme Night expenses. Andy took over the money roughly 1 year and 9 months ago. By Tom's math, cast made $248.57 in that time. Not profit, but what came in before expenses. So, since then, cast has sold an average of 2.9 prop bags a week? Does this seem right to anyone who has ever sold prop bags or made them? Even with Tom's original count, cast would have sold roughly 6 prop bags a week.
I don't think that Andy has pocketed any money, or had any ill intentions at all. It just seems that a lot more was spent than what has been accounted for. Several people have said basically "Cool, now we know where the money went." Everyone on cast worked very hard for every cent that we had, and I wish they knew what has been accomplished and what it has gone toward.
I have gotten the impression that people are far more comfortable feeling like everything is cool, and ignoring issues that come up. I am ending this now. I just thought you should know what the math was. If we made 48 prop bags every 16 weeks, I guess that explains everything.

here is a (supposed) ammended actual total:
cash: $773
receipts: $634.57
unsold tshirts: $40
total money accounted for in cash, receipts, and
assets (meaning tshirts): $1447.57
in case anyone didnt understand, marks
question/discussion was actually Why was the 634.57 in
money given out by andy without any cast member being
informed?? now obviously some of it (marshmallows,
cherries, ect) are perfectly ok. but others
(costumes) need to be put to a vote.
andy you want to take the actual question on why some
of this money was given out? in any case, its not
something i can figure out by looking at receipts....
