It's a shame that it's so difficult to treat people like humans. Instead of trying to change and treat their "friends" in an acceptable manner, some would quit and run away. I'm pretty sure most who had a problem just wanted to be treated better. It doesn't seem too unreasonable

now, you can call me a hyprocrite for saying this and then my comments I made to Ben at the meeting two weeks ago, but when he verbally attacked Aimee as Stage Manager (which is what it was) it was in front of other cast members and was objectifying his actions to another cast position, not because it was Aimee. if Ben is an ass to Aimee I can deal with Ben, it would of been the first time, but this was a cast related issue I brought up. if other cast members had an issue with things I really wish it was brought up because she had no idea this was the situation. you know what? no one came to me over this either. no one gave me the chance to bring this up to her. they went to you and you didn't tell me anything about it. if you said to me "hey, Aimee acted like an ass..." I could of fixed / given a remedy to the situation. but no one bothered to do anything and that's the frustrating part. it's not cool to bottle things up for weeks (which you said it's been for four weeks) and not let her know, how was she to assume anything was wrong?
I mean, i'm not mad, i'm not angry, i'm just dissapointed in what a big mess this entire situation has become. but all I want to do is stay positive. I want to not make this an issue and I really hope everyone else decides to not to make this an issue at this weekend's show. we need to not dwell on this. for better or for worse Aimee has left cast. we can discuss this more but let's not make it an issue anymore. Change isn't always bad Mark, it's usually good.
