RED ROVER CHALLENGE!
Concept is simple... Remember playing Red Rover as a kid? You're in two lines and you tell somebody from the other line to break through your line. If they're strong enough to break through, they don't have to leave. If they can't, they join your line.
Same idea with Red Rover challenges. You challenge somebody from the opposing team. That person needs at least 3/4's of their team to say "We Won't Send Her Over!" to stay on their team. Teammates may vote that or "Send Away!" if they don't want her/him on the team anymore. The person being challenged must also make 30hits during the week to stay on the team. If they do not get 3/4's of their team to keep her/him and/or doesn't make 30hits, they are given over to the opposite team.

Hits challenges - can challenge members from your team to steal +50hits from them, where only your team can vote. or challenge somebody from an opposing team to steal +100hits from them, where both teams vote. Please remember to write if they are from the opposing team or the same team in the lj cut.
