When the SEES gang were first introduced to Fuuka, Akihiko had mentioned to them from time to time that she had the potential of becoming a Persona user. However, because of her poor health, they were worried if she could handle the stress of fighting. As time passed by, they were wondering what happened to the girl and thought she had gone home sick for the week. Truth was, she was trapped inside Tartarus because some bullies trapped her inside the gym overnight. At first, the members of SEES were wondering if she could survive being trapped inside the building for 10 hours but they gave it a shot anyway. After the male MC (Minato), Junpei and Akihiko found her, they were faced with the Emperor and the Empress shadows. To make things even worse, one of the bullies, Natsuki, manage to enter building too! Wanting to protect her, Fuuka summoned her Persona, Lucia, and helped the gang to defeating the shadows. After the ordeal, her classmates were talking about how she started the ghost rumors going around but Natsuki told her not to mind them and that was how Fuuka had a best friend for the rest of her life.
Since then, the girl had been playing a supporting role for SEES and telling them what were the weaknesses of shadows but ,overall, didn't had much of an impact to the story. However, that was before Fuuka learned that Natsuki was moving away midway through the game. The poor girl was shocked that her friend that didn't tell her but she said it was for the best. She didn't want to see Fuuka sad. After Natsuki mentioned Fuuka about her father, she told her about how her parents were pushing her to become a doctor because of their inferiority complex. Everyone in her family was a doctor except her parents and they wanted her to fulfill their wishes. There, she tells Fuuka that she should stop trying to please people all the time and that “if people don't like you, then screw them!” As she left, Fuuka took her advice and realized that she wanted to stay with her friends no matter what. With those words, her Persona evolved into Juno. For the rest of the game, she continued to be support and tried her best to protect Minato against fighting Nyx. She, like everyone else, forgot what happened after the battle but managed to gain them back during graduation. With everyone, she ran towards the rooftop of the school like they had planned. Too bad that Minato died in the end.
During FES, Fuuka continued to play the support role once more. With her ability, she was suppose to remain neutral when the party fought one another. However, unlike most of the cast, she did not make her choice right away and only sided with Aigis until she made her choice. As the series of events continued, she learned that she should reach out to people and help them. That way, more people would stop wishing for death and help Minato.
As a side note, it required Minato to max out his courage stats to go on Fuuka's social link. At beginning, Fuuka was...a rather interesting cook so it took some guts to eat her cooking. The social link was about how Fuuka was learning to become a better cook even though she might not be good at it. Midway through, the girl decided to cook riceballs instead...and it turned out good! There, she slowly realizes that she should put more of her energy to what she truly enjoyed, technology. At the end of her social link, she gave Minato headphones she made and wanted to start a technology club right away. She wanted Minato to join and she was thankful for his help.
Character Personality:
Fuuka represents the Priestess arcana in Persona 3. While there are many different interpretations, the arcana represents intuition, sound judgment, serenity, and wisdom.
During the start, Fuuka appeared to be a shy and reserved little girl who appeared to be very frail. She was always picked on and it felt like someone needed to protect her. In an addition to that, she rarely disagreed with people and ,when she did, she usually kept quiet. This made her seem like a doormat to some but it was not surprising that Fuuka was like this. Her parents tried to push her into becoming a doctor and she tried her best to please everyone. Due to this reason, Fuuka became such a quiet person and came across as a little awkward. She was too busy focusing on her studies rather than having people skills. It was not surprising that Fuuka herself might have adopted her parent's low self-esteem. She even compared herself to Mitsuru and Yukari once. While it was true she was a very nervous person, she was more resilient that most people gave her credit for.
Shortly after joining SEES, she was quick to befriend Natsuki, the girl who bulled her before. Even though she locked her up in the gym, she was willing to forgive her even managed to keep in contact after she moved. Fuuka had a kind heart and was loyal to a fault to people she cared about. While this might seem to naïve to some, Fuuka has sound judgment on people. She did not jump to conclusions quickly and was willing enough to give her another chance. This was also proven when in FES, she did not pick aside until she had heard what everyone wanted including Aigis's. Fuuka was a peacemaker and was willing to hear everyone out before choosing what she felt was good for both sides. In addition to calm judgment, she was also a very patient person and does not let her anger get the better of her most of the time. She even knew that Minato did not like her cooking but she was still calm about that.
Since Fuuka has calm judgment in people, Fuuka was also very serene in what she does. Throughout the whole game, she did not bother to lie or tried to hide anything about her. While she has difficulty in talking to others because of her shy nature, she wanted others to know what she was feeling. During the fight between Aigis, Akihiko, and Ken, she said that she did not want to choose at all. She was honest about her relationship with her family with Mitsuru and Natsuki. She was also honest to herself about how much she wanted to stay with her friends that they meant everything to her. She wanted to protect people and knew that she did not have to agree with everyone including her parents. To prove this, her Persona evolved into Juno to show her resolve.
Character Abilities:
Since Fuuka is good with technology, she is able to hack into any computer system she wishes. In addition to that, she is able to make anything technology related from nothing. Since she was able to make a pair of headphones, it implies that she could make something better with enough practice. Another ability of Fuuka's is that she is a very studious person. She always manages to get above average grades between her activities with SEES and her club. (For the purpose of this application, Fuuka is with the music club along with Keisuke.) Outside of her appearance, Fuuka is a very strong-willed and stubborn girl if one pushes all the right buttons. She has a good shoulder on her head, she won't let her emotions get the better of her in terms of rational thinking. While she might still have some trouble at it, she is fairly quick to make friends and allow people to become close to her.
Fuuka is also a member of SEES so she has the ability to summon her persona, Juno. Her persona doesn't fight in combat, it provides support. Due to this, Fuuka can tell what the strength and weaknesses of an enemy. Fuuka can also sense life so she can tell where someone is depending on their location. Most of her abilities range from simply telling what the enemy is strong against to healing with each passing floor. Another one of her abilities with Juno is that she can use Oracle. It is random ability that has many features. It can either heal all your party's HP, heals all SP, fully heals both of them, cures any status ailments, or...it can reduce all HP and SP to 1.Because it is a bitch like that.
Character Weaknesses:
Fuuka is a fairly nervous person in general. While she does not think of the worst case scenario, she does not have a very optimistic view of the world. In addition to that, she is a very shy person. Those things could be a weakness because it would prevent her from getting to know people better and her pessimistic nature could be viewed as annoying. As well as being pessimistic, she has a lot of self-esteem issues and tends to doubt herself a lot. Due to her timidness and her willingness to do what people ask of her, she could be viewed as a doormat to some. She does not say anything if she does not agree with someone and hopes for the best if something goes wrong. In her mind, she is being helpful and and people need her.
Since Fuuka is a hesitant person, she doesn't fully express herself from time to time because she doesn't want to anger people but it's something she's working on. She focuses on what people want too much. Along with focusing too much on people, people can take advantage of her kindness. There are at times that Fuuka can be very naive and gullible so others can profit from it. She wants to help others and she could be overworking herself because of it.
Fuuka doesn't have a lot of fighting skills that the other members of SEES has. She never steps into the battle and remains in the background as support. She is also very tiny and is only 5'0. She doesn't have a lot of physical strength and she usually requires someone to help her with physical labor.

-Her ability to summon her persona, Juno, and any abilities that persona has.

-She will not longer be able to have a strong six sense since she won't have her persona
-She cannot scan anyone, she can't tell what a person's strength and weaknesses are.
-She will be helpless but will still retain her normal human strength

Why your character should be a Weapon:
Fuuka’s persona was not made for fighting, Juno made for support. At the start of the game the girl wasn’t all that happy that she was made in the background, she wished she could be more useful. However, she eventually learned that being support was more than enough and that she was happy with it. She was just glad that she could stay with everyone. During the events of FES, she was the only one who did not choose a side and simply stayed in the background until Aigis fought everyone.
Fuuka does not act unless someone asked her to. For example, Mitsuru and Yukari were the ones who asked her to hack into a computer system and gain information. She wasn’t the one who acted, they did. The only time when Fuuka wanted to do something was when Ken was missing for more than a day.
The reason why Fuuka should be a weapon because she is happy with the role and that Fuuka is a very passive person in general.
What is your character's Weapon form?: Fuuka’s weapon form is a small EMF radar. Just like her Persona ability, she is able to track down where a kishin egg is at a short distance. At the start, she will only be able to sense an egg about ¼ of a mile away but as she gains more experience, the distance will increase. In the radar, the kishin egg will be shown with red numbers.
If she has a high resonance with her meister, she will be able to sense witches as well. Like the kishin egg, she can only sense it from ¼ of a mile at the start and will increase later. In the radar, witches will be shown with purple numbers. However, even with resonance, she will not be able to sense the witches at all if they use soul protect.

Soul Appearance: The soul is teal green, the same color as Fuuka's hair. It has a timid smile and looks nervous. It looks fairly small but if one takes a closer look, it’s a lot larger than it seems.
