Help please?

I wanted to sub a few parts of the latest SCP in HQ, but the only available version is in mp4 form, which I can't use to sub. It's over here on bittorrent. Can anyone download, convert, and upload this for me?
I have the HQ "avi" cut for Eito's stage report, but the file is acting like someone just changed the "mp4" to "avi" and didn't actually convert the video. I can't use it to sub, though I've been trying. :(
