boardwalk show
well last night rocked! the adventure started with james and i getting lost on the way. i remembered it being way down there, but not that far, so we kept getting worried and stopping at gas stations where no one spoke english and gave poor directions. then james gets a call from jush toliver (or whatever his name is--skin head josh)saying how he should watch his back and that he's gonna get beat up by the sharps at the show or the trads at school. anwyays, he was being dumb. so after help from rielly we made it to the boardwalk around 8:45--early enough to see the end of the first set. next up were the whiskey rebels. they absolutly rocked. then pressure point and it ended with the street dogs. we met josh a tyler at the show. moshing was crazy fun, but apperently not everyone thought so. there was some ass hole who kept throwing me down and pushing me off. i had no clue who it was till finally he knocked me over and started yelling at me. i couldnt hear what the hell he was saying so i just rolled my eyes at him and went moshing somewhere else. what a dick though. i wasnt even throwing myself into him. i was just getting bumped around. the loser had no business being up next to the stage, let alone at an oi!/street punk show if he was gonna be so anal. jesus, if he didnt wanna get bumped around he should have been in the back where people go and stand if they dont wanna be bothered by crazy fuckers. anyways, i just had to share how much people can suck. but despite the problems, the show was cool. the singer from the street dogs came up and introduced himself to james and i. probobly cause we were tired as hell from the drive there just leaning agaisnt the bar with blank expressions. so yeah, i bought a pressure point shirt cause they were an awsome oi! band. i felt a little funny chanting oi! oi! oi! with my beautiful hair thrashing around while just about everyone else chanting with me had no hair at all, however. and now my ears are ringing and i'm really tired and i have two dents in my nuckle from some punks studs.
