Can't sleep
I am still jet-lagged but it works out ok because it does not get dark here until 10pm. So I go to bed at 4am and wake up at 12pm and still get 10 hours of sunshine and random 10 minute rains. I went to an art opening at the Art College last night. It was video and performance art. I was asked to wear a bag on my head for I don't know what reason. A couple of the videos were really awesome, my favorite was the artist's sons wrestling in the family room, but the video was slow and distorted and he concentrated on the moments of impact or skin contact, very bizarre and beautiful. Off to do more yoga tonight at the posh gym Karen works at, then up the hill to see a castle.
