additionally, We thought we'd add in a new section, service rating, includes stuff like:
- how fast was the email replied to?
- how warm was the tone?
- how appreciated was the buyer made to feel?
- etc and related to service.
While online selling removes a lot of face-to-face service, we feel that basic email/online courtesy should be maintained and whether the seller (us) sells with good service really makes a difference. SO, thank you for your feedback and service rating. We hope you had a good time shopping at ohliq. :)
