The Derby party was what it always usually is...boring. BUT I had the wonderful and beautiful Claire Sweeeeeeney there to keep me company so this year the party gets an A+. Non of my horses won though which is sad but oh well. So anyway I spent the beginning of the party in my room reading. Then I watched the horses and went outside with Claire and all the little people that were there.
The claire and I headed over to Candace's house to see Sarah Sweeeney, Lisa, Kathryn, Andrea, Mary and Candace all decked out in Prom stuff. You have no idea how beautiful they all looked. It made me and Claire want to go to Prom really bad. So then after that was done we headed back to my house were the Derby was stillll going strong.
SO we escaped to my room. I was sad so I fell asleep on my bed and then I woke up to find that I only slept for ten minutes. Which is good because i didn't want to desert Claire. Then Claire and I played a game of EXTREME egyptian rat screw. What made it intense? We cheated the whole time and yelled SWEEETNESS everytime we got cards. So then Claire and I got my Dad's guitar and played the only litle tiny part of a song we know. 'feast your ears on this tasty little lick!' HAHA Claire is crazy! Then the fun ended and Claire had to return to her house and wait for her sister to come abck from Prom.
Last night was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful nights always have strange effects on me. They make me happy and sad at the same time because I wanted that night to never end.
