I must say I'm pretty excited about that parade thing they're planning on holding. I've never actually participated in one, much less spectated. It should be fun, I'm willing to bet!
Hmm... I can't say anything I've been up to lately is of any interest, but today, I had a nasty surprise when a mysterious object slammed against my window. Quite shocking, that! It's... a bit odd, especially considering I'm still not sure what it was, but hopefully it's just a mislead baseball or an unsettling large bug or something of the sort, because I'd hate for that to have been intentional! Ha, ha... ha. But no worries. Yoshi, you probably didn't notice... I forgot to tell you. It's behind the curtain, so...
Other than that, I've been a bit holed up over here, but what else is new? I think that should change~.
Um... I was just wondering if you were interested in practicing a little bit with our swordplay. I know this seems rather sudden, but... I feel slightly rusty, and, well, this is a fighting school, as you know, and I feel kind of... sort of inadequate. Like I'm falling behind! I think it would do us both some good to brush up a little, don't you think?
