Yesterday my Open House went pretty well. I had 6 people come which isn't bad. I'll need to follow up with a couple of them that seemed really interested.

I went to my agency meeting this morning and then we went on "caravan" but it didn't take too long today.

I then headed to Hamilton where I had to do some research on a piece of property that I may have a buyer for. It turned out to be pretty interesting. I had to go to several offices searching parcels of land, maps, and flood zone information. I even discovered that Trenton-Franklin Road used to actually go all the way to Trenton before the road was vacated over 30 years ago.

For the most part I have always enjoyed researching topics that interest me. When I worked for Pinellas County, I had to do a lot of research on abandoned funds, and I was constantly researching law, as we had to implement or make revisions to procedures. Although I made the decision to leave the Court System, I have always found it fascinating. It still amazes me the things that people are capable of doing!

Well, I'm trying to get a little homework done tonight although I haven't accomplished a lot. I've had to make several phone calls and get some of my research done. After all, work means buyers, and buyers mean closings, which means MONEY.
