(no subject)
It has been a busy week trying to get back into a routine again. I went to northern Ohio on Sunday to Amish County and had a good time. I just didn't have enough time to see everything. It was a quick trip with my sister, her mother-in-law and my mother. We stayed in a very nice place and did some shopping. We brought back lots of cheese, syrup, baked goods, etc. I'm looking forward to going again.
I'm also looking forward to the 4th. I have family coming in and we have several things planned. I'm even going to a Reds game on Sunday -- I haven't been to one of them for 29 years!!! I at least hope it is a good game and they win. We plan to get out to see several areas that we haven't been to for a long time: Houston Woods, Germantown Dam, etc. I wonder how much they have changed.
Well, it's time to get back to work: housework and ironing, that is. Besides cleaning, I need to get the papers and books cleared off of the bed. Sometimes don't you feel like just leaving it there and sleeping on the floor? Of course, I won't. I'll stay up late and get everything done.
