Is a picnic shelter worth it?
Got up at 6:00 a.m. to go stand in line in front of the City County Building in Pittsburgh to draw a lottery number for a place in yet another line to get a picnic shelter for Burgh Bears WOOF weekend. Are there other local parks not in Pittsburgh that we don't have to freeze our asses off for?
