#029 - Random Post, about Random things
Just a few things I wanted to share with you the loyal reader of this blog. They really have no importance in life, or in anything for that matter, but it is what is on my mind, so why not blog about it.
First off is World Cup Soccer and Team USA. Look folks, everyone said this is the best team we have “Ever assembled” for World Cup play. The bar had “Been Raised” and the expectations “Couldn’t be Higher”. You know what, every reporter who said those things, even tho we went 0-2-1 were absolutely 110% CORRECT! This WAS the best team ever assembled, the expectations WERE HIGH, the bar WAS RAISED. But facts are facts folks, when it comes to international soccer…we friggin BLOW! HARD! I’m talking porn star blow, coming out of your nose blow, we aren’t that friggin good. What we here in sheltered America don’t understand is that these guys from Ghana grew up with a soccer ball in their crib, it has been forced down their throats since conception. Little boys over there go play soccer with their friends, not Playstation, not X-Box, not Nintendo…Soccer! People were up in arms wondering how a small country no one has heard of could beat the mighty U.S.A!?!?!? Really simple everyone, they were BETTER THAN US! I admit that…why doesn’t the rest of the country get that? Look at it this way, it would be like us sending our best 22 NFL players to THEIR country to play their best 11 NFL players…it would get UGLY in a HURRY!
Secondly- I have a serious pet peeve with restaurants, bars, clubs, ANYBODY…..fuckin ANYBODY, who puts those damn hand dryer things in their bathroom instead of paper towels. They may be the most USELESS creation that mankind has ever seen. They don’t even do their JOB. I find myself actually pondering washing my hands if I can’t find paper towels and those hand things are my only option. No matter how long you “Shake excess water off hands” your hands still NEVER GET DRY! If I notice this before I actually use the public restroom, I usually try to at least urinate on the wall a little, but I always make sure I dribble on the floor.
Lastly- What is up with my left arm? It’s peeling like I just got put through the flame broiler at Burger King! I haven’t even gotten that much SUN in the past 3 weeks! I know I am what is considered “fair skinned” to a point, but come on, just because my arm rests beside a WINDOW doesn’t mean that I should have it fry like a crispy critter. When the fuck did I become a mole? Pretty soon I’ll only be allowed to come out at night. “Fuck the sun, I fuckin hate it too…long live the fuckin beast!” (Adam Sandler)

Did anyone else kinda feel sad for that bumblebee girl in the Blind Melon Video No Rain…I did until I realized this really simple fact. We couldn’t smell her. I mean she looked kinda dirty in the video…Ill bet she hadn’t taken a bath in WEEKS! If that was the case, I guess that’s why no one wanted to hang out with her. Because she smelled like rancid crotch.
