Bad Days Leading Up to X-Mas
So I have had some pretty craptastic few days leading up to Xmas on Sunday.
For example, this morning.......
I woke up at 6:30am, as usual, went into the bathroom, brushed my teeth, used the potty, flushed the potty (important to the plot of this story) and got in the shower. As I turn on the shower, I realize that I am getting no water pressure, just a drizzle of water, so I figure, huh...I wonder what could be wrong. Then it hits me, the toilet, that I flushed 5 minutes before, was still running! So I stick an arm out into the frozen tundra of the bathroom (I keep my heat on 62 degrees, because my gas bill freakin tripled from last year!) and I jiggle the handle. It's then that I realize, the handle is loose...something is MAJORLY wrong with the toilet, so 1/2 wet, I get OUT of teh shower, INTO the frozen tundra of my bathroom, and am standing there bare ass naked...and elbow deep in the back of my toilet (and toilet water) at 6:45AM, trying to fix a chain that is so rusty it looks like it sunk with the TITANIC!
Needless to say I got it fixed, and actually ended up having a shower with some water pressure....
