It hasn't occurred to Jack, since he has spent years having unprotected sex and doesn't even think about it anymore.
Yes, Ianto and Jack have a long way to go but they are getting back on track.

I find the one I am feeling sorry for right now is the therapist. Can you imagine having THIS case dropped on your desk without warning? Talk about impossible jobs. If she's a caring person, she can hardly refuse -- I mean no one needs help more than Jack. But still, its got be a daunting task. She's got to be thinking, "How good am I really?".
And I am still hoping for a scene or two with the Queen. I was watching the Diamond Jubilee on TV and trying to imagine that old lady talking to Jack. Hard to imagine.

I think that in the series the Doctor did treat Jack worse than any other companion, though he wasn't perfect to all the others e.g. Peri. I exaggerate this in my stories because I was so annoyed with him.
The only scene I have written and not yet posted is the one where the Doctor and Jack meet up again. That will come later on in the story. I think I had it written before I even posted chapter 1. It might not be quite what you want, but it's there.
You're right. The poor therapist. And she can't just say try someone else.
I do have plans for a scene with the Queen, but as always it's taking forever for me to get there.
I think its great that someone watches the Jubilee and is thinking about Jack meeting her!! John Barrowman was on the lead (belfry boat). But the Queen meeting JB wouldn't be quite the same.

Indeed the poor therapist. It is an incredibly daunting task.
And as for Tosh, I just thought that any woman would worry about that when they realised. It would be very unlikely, and she could have gone for the morning after pill to make sure of no accidents. But I liked the idea that she wouldn't mind if it did happen.
