My sweet Mona
When my dog is asleep, I watch videos about Rottweilers on YouTube. Because I am pathetic? I am immensely jealous of all these smart rotties they post about. My poor Ramona is dumb as shit. Loyal and loving, but really stupid. They say they're easy to train, lol no.
I just spent my hair and New York money on a gaping wound in Ramona's neck, likely from her and Shadow trying to rip each others necks out. Fucking assholes. The cut looked like it had been there for a week or so, it was so swollen and gross. But she wasn't acting like anything it wrong. I felt so awful. I sobbed the whole way to the vet, the vet tech had to consoul me and held back my hair when I threw up from crying so hard. They shaved the area and cleaned it. With her meds she should be fine. I just feel like the worst pet owner ever. How did I not think to check under her collar? Hopefully it didn't bother her too much, I've seen her run full speed into the side of my car and run off like nothing happened (my car door is dented, thank you very much).
I just want to run away and live in Alaska with my kid and a hoard of dogs the size of small ponies.
