Yesterday I took Amanda out for her birthday, since I missed it when I was out of town. We went to O'Charley's...it was a great time.
After that, I dropped by my boy's...
Then I went home and Jordy and D came by and got me to go see DMB in Raleigh at Alltell Pavillion. We went by Taco Bell and we were on our way. And we got lost so many times. hahaha so we finally rolled up to the concert but we still got a really good place on the lawn. It was awesome. We had so much fun and it made me realize how much I love those two. They really are the best friends anyone could ask for and I am going to miss them so much...Jordy being in Wilmington, D being in Virginia.
And like Jordy said, so many memories were made...like it being "such a happy time", or me ordering a truck, Jordy and I looking for things in the clouds (like a skeleton? haha), dancing all over the place, "west south? that's kinda like arizona texas", "why did we stop at this gas station?!", great talks at Waffle House, getting lost 58239842084 times on the way home, singing in the car....it was great. I love them.
This morning I had to wake up early and go to the dentist. After that my mom and I went to Charlotte and met my dad there. We wanted to see my room, and then while we were talking to the people in the housing department we did a little bargaining. And as it turns out, I got switched to THE BEST rooms on campus. In case you were confused, I am living in Cypress Hall next year (Phase 8)...as in, the suites that aren't even finished being built yet. Yeah. So it's me and 3 other girls...the best part? Oh the best part is definitely that I am in the single-bedroom suites, which means I HAVE. MY OWN. ROOM. And so do the three other girls, and we share a bathroom and a living room. We got to go check it out today and it's so incredibly nice. I'm in love. Oh and did I mention that 2 of the other 3 girls I know are education majors?? Kinda like me?? I don't know if they're elementary or secondary, but still. So awesome.
As for tonight I think me and Amanda are hanging out. Great news.
