33 weeks
Why am I awake? I woke up at 6:30 to pee and couldn't fall back to sleep. I used to be able to sleep through the night without having to wake up to pee, but now I wake up about 3 or 4 times a night. Poo. :(
My step-dad and sister went to a secondhand childrens store called Once Upon a Child and bought me bedding, a bouncer and a swing, as well as some other items (clothes and some other small things). The bedding is not exactly what I was going for (a bit too... frilly, lol, I'll post pictures under the cut) but it's cute and hell, if they didn't plan on buying me the $200 bedding I wanted, I most certainly don't have the money to do so. Okay, that's a lie, technically I do. But it's unnecessary. Anyway, the bouncer supposedly matches the bedding but my dingbat sister didn't send me a picture of that. And the swing doesn't match anything, lol, but it looks brand new and has a safari theme with a giraffe on it.
I've gained A LOT of weight in the last week. I went from 142.5 at my appointment last Wednesday to 149.5 at my appointment this Thursday. Ugh. I don't know why. My bp is normal (low, even) and while I am swelling, it's not extreme. I assume their is no protein in my urine since they didn't tell me that their was. And I tested neg for GD. So why the HUGE jump in weight? Meh.
Did a fetal fibronectin at the appointment Thursday. Didn't hear back on the results on Friday, so I'm calling tomorrow to ask. If it's positive they want me to go in and get steroid shots to mature her lungs just in case. I haven't been contracting as much (yay!) but I've been "period" crampy a lot and my back has been at times unbearably "crampy".
I'm trying to get Isaac to come to my baby shower next Sunday. I think it'd be fun for him to help me open presents, and I want him to see everything all set up. And I want to see him. It's been two weeks. :( I miss his stupid ass.
I "popped" last week and this week I think she dropped down. Last week I couldn't breathe at all and wasn't peeing all the time. This week I can breathe a bit better but I am peeing like frikken crazy.
Swing. It's cute! Pity it won't match anything! Lol. Oh well.
My sister is unskilled at taking good pictures on her phone. Haha. It looks practically brand new. The squares are a giraffe and baby giraffe, a flower and a bee or butterfly, a heart and an elephant with a duck. It's pink with brown polka dot/spot things. It comes with the sheets, the quilt, the bumper, the window valance (which I don't need, but oh well), the mobile and the dust ruffle. I'm really curious to see the matching bouncer.
I can't find this bedding set online ANYWHERE. I don't think it's handmade since it has a matching bouncer... but I'd really like to see what it "officially" looks like. If anyone can track it down, I'd be eternally grateful!
