April Fool's Day Post

[Mayor wakes up suddenly at his desk after apparently having some sort of nightmare, and immediately reaches for the ringing phone.  In his haste, he forgets where he is and that the Powerpuff Girls aren't here with him.]

"Girls!  Come quick!  It's an emergency!  Giant pickles!  Giant pickles everywhere!"

"Yes! Giant pickles everywhere! They're..."

[Looks around, realizes it was just a dream.]

"...Oh. Nevermind! But you don't sound like the Powerpuff Girls at all!"

That's because Mokona isn't!

Mokona? Is that your name, little guy?

Giant Pickles? Heavens no, we can't have that!

Excuse me, but after this pickle situation is rectified would you mind perhaps helping poor me out by answering a few questions?

Oh, of course! It turned out the pickles were only a dream! How can I help you, young lady?

[tara_o_hara]

Well, you see, I heard of this wonderful town of yours, Mayfly is it? Anyway, I heard talk of very ric-- pleasant gentlemen and other such things I very much should like to see.

[ She pauses for a breath before continuing. ]

Tell me, is it as grand as the folks do say it is?

Well, I've met some nice people here, but I really would like to go home to Townsville... I have a city to run!
