Yeah, I feel the need to get some things off my chest as well as explain my extensive absence.
1. Fics
In regards to SABLE and CAGE...
I haven't forgotten about them, I just need to do some recreational...well more recreational than this...writing right now. I've got to get rid of the ever growing idea stack that's towering over me...
There's actually one more chapter of CAGE written, I'm just sick of looking at it.
Not to mention, up until Thursday, I had the threat of failing chemistry over my head. I fucking hate chemistry and all of the math, rules, and properties involved. Along with studying for finals, I've only ever had time to read in between studying and doing random projects all eight of my teachers decided to assign at the same time.
Luckily Tuesday is my last day of school...that's really stupid. We're out Monday, then we go on Tuesday, and then schools out....
SO YEAH... don't expect any updates involving those for a while, but I won't abandon them. I promise!
2. Fandoms
There's been a sudden shift in fandoms for me...mostly involving Big Bang and SHINee.
Aside for my suddenly love 2PM, my bias is Junsu, just sayin', I've noticed my dwindleing love for not only Big bang and SHINee, but for 2NE1 as well.
I don't know what it...well no, with SHINee it's the over zealous, out of control, support our individual pairings hate on others', shit on everyone else, fandom. I refuse to be apart of it, not to mention All of the songs that came before Lucifer besides "Replay" and "Y.O.U"
With Big Bang, I think they treated their comeback like it was the second coming, and then when it finally happened I was just kind of like...."Yeah, there are six songs on this album two of which were previously released on other albums..." And of course I said "Hmm, they write their own songs, cut them some slack..." and then I watch them perform and they're just sort of up there. Now, I'm sure they work hard and practice, but when you put them up there next to other groups that practically kill themselves to give their fans a perfect stage I tend to favor those groups more than I do Big Bang.
Take Infinite for example, and no I did not pick them because they currently hold the ultimate bias slot in my life right now. When they were getting ready for their comeback stage, BTD (I don't consider Can U Smile and Nothing's Over comeback stages because in all honesty they didn't go anywhere,) They practiced for hours on end to make everything right, and then you actually watch them perform and you can see it. I mean, during most performances If you paused at any moment they were pretty much always together. They can all dance and sing, and I'm waiting for Woolim to let them stretch their creative legs, too, I'm sure they can come with something spectacular. I mean come on, their are Seven boys on stage at once and they can all stand out individually while still being a group that looks good together.
I feel as if Big Bang is just five people who just happen to be on stage together singing the same song. Don't even get me started on how skewed their dynamic is either. I mean have you heard Daesung sing? Personally, I think he has a stronger voice than both Taeyang and Seungri.
I'm not saying I don't like their music. I'm just saying they're a group, they should be a group. The same things apply to 2NE1.
3. Le Personal Life
Simple I had a boyfriend the decided that I liked being forever alone, and that I wouldn't have a problem with dying that way, either. Besides, the guy I was with tends to fight with me a lot, if I had decided to keep going I probably would have fought even more it wouldn't have worked out....this relationship didn't even last two weeks.
obviously I'm too independent for a man.
