Today I felt buff.
Spartan like if you will.

Went to workout after our insane dodgeball games.
We're in the losers bracket since we lost our first playoff game.. stupid stupid.. anyways. We won (best out of 5) 3-0, 3-0, 3-0, and lost 2-3. It was a close game. We were almost at the semi finals! haha.

Anyways. I work out with the same general people most of the time. So I help them progress.. and I see myself stuck at a plateau. Partially because they don't push me like I push them.. fuckin selfish useless shits.. anyways. One's slowly catching up, and the other only does chest and shoulders. But today, we had a slacker join us. He goes to the gym, just not like I do. Testament of manhood, even though it was purely unspoken. I grab the 40s and go 1 set, flat bench dumbell press. I finish my set of 15, and my friend (lets call him Friend 1) proceeds saying "I think I can do 40s. That didn't look too hard for you."

me : "Meh, just give 'er"

after a few reps, he says he can't, drops down to 35s in each hand. My other buddy goes at 45 and then Friend 1 goes "That's what I want to do."

so I grab the 60s and do my set.
Friend 1 : " whoa, almost doubling me.. what happened to 40?"
me : "Thats my warmup."
Friend 1 : "Ohh..
he grabs the 45s. Struggles, but gets it done with my friend spotting him huge.
I grab the 70s.
friend 1 grabs the 50s. Struggles after a rep, can't complete, goes at 45.. can't do it.. goes back to 40.
I grab the 80s.
friend 1 grabs the 45s.
I grab the 90s.
friend 1 : "Damn, didn't think you'd double me"

While showering after my workout and soaping up my chest, I think. pwnt.
