(no subject)
jasper is currently asleep on the changing table, it's kinda his thing.
took him for his check up today and he weighs 12 lbs 1 oz and is 22 inches long! he's almost doubled his birth weight and grown 3 1/2 inches! he also got THREE shots and it was the saddest thing in the world. i have never seen him cry so hard. he was screaming so hard he could barely breathe. not gonna lie, i cried my eyes out. it hurt my feelings to see him in pain. after he screamed for a good ten minutes, he crashed out in the bjorn on the way home. poor little guy. i gave him some infant tylenol, i hope he feels better.
nothing much else to say. my cassi moved back to bend and i am missing her every day. i want to be there when nolan is born but i know there is no way to know when he's coming and also no way to get me and jasper there. it bums me out because she was right there for jasper's birth every step of the way and i want to be able to do the same thing. why are some of the most important people in my life so far away? ugh.
