Karanukan at the Okinawa Film Festival
Today, GACKT was in Okinawa for the 9th Annual Okinawa International Film Festival, as Karanukan had its world premier. First, GACKT walked the red carpet down Kokusai Street in Naha.

The text says that yesterday, he emptied 20 bottles of tequila.
GACKT met some friends while he was at the red carpet event.
From GACKTstagram - I met Inoue at the movie festival. It's been a while since we met last time.
From GACKTstagram - I met him too. Its been a while. [In the Japanese, GACKT said his name was Yamada]
From GACKTstagram - [he only wrote in Japanese, but basically said "I'm sorry! I got his name wrong! I'm really sorry! It's Yamazaki!" His name isn't Yamazaki either, it's Yamasato, but most people just call him Yama-chan. Basically, GACKT is trolling him]
The guy with the goya on his head is Katsumi Kawahara, from the comedy duo Tenjikunezumi.

Then, came the premier of the movie. The cast and director had a greeting before the movie. This is GACKT's first lead role in a movie in fourteen years, since Moonchild in 2003. GACKT said that he took the role because it was set in his birthplace of Okinawa, and he wanted to give something back. He also wants all of Japan to see how much beautiful nature Okinawa has.
