Cinando, a database for movies shown at Cannes, has updated with an entry for ORIGAMI. It's a little light on details of the movie and actually lists it as a pilot for a TV series, although every other report on it so far has called it a short movie

I think it's a juvenile Galapogos Hawk ^^
Closest I can find, most hawk-like birds with white tails had a fully white under-belly, so this is most likely. But when the juvenile looks different, it makes figuring out wth they are really hard.
I struggled to identify a juvenile American robin of all things for like 40 minutes one day.
edit: a Rufous Hawk looks really close, too, but the under side of their wings have a full white patch, and this one only has it on the tips.
Finding hawk and hawk-like birds are a pain in the ass--they don't really have a lot of variety in their patterns that make searching them easy. I had forgotten why I don't bother to look up the ones I see, lol.
